The sample looked right. Bulk production should too. We use the approved sample and final order details as the control file. Then we check the work before a small issue can spread.

Crown depth, head size, visor curve, panel balance, and closure range.

Build & Finish
Stitching, seams, sweatband, closure, trims, and the full cap shape.
