Why sample first

Small fixes now.
Fewer surprises later.

A crown that feels too high. A logo that pulls the fabric. A color that misses your brand. These are small changes in one sample—but costly changes after bulk production starts.

01

Check the fit

Review the crown depth, visor curve, closure, and comfort on a real cap.

02

Feel the fabric

Check the weight, stretch, airflow, and hand feel before making the full order.

03

See the branding

Review the real logo size, position, color, and finish on the chosen fabric.

See it. Wear it. Fix it. Then approve it.

Questions before sampling

Know what to expect before you start.

How long does a custom hat sample take?

A custom sample typically takes 7–14 days after the shape, fabric, color, and logo details are confirmed. A complex style or hard-to-source material may need more time.

Do I need a tech pack to start?

No. You can start with a reference cap, product photo, sketch, or clear idea. A tech pack can help reduce open questions.

Can I make changes after the first sample?

Yes. Changes can be reviewed before bulk production. Added time or cost depends on whether the change affects artwork, fabric, tooling, or construction.

How do you keep bulk close to the approved sample?

The approved sample and final written details guide material checks, production work, in-line inspection, and final inspection.

What is the MOQ for custom hats?

The general starting MOQ is 100 pieces per style and color. The practical MOQ may change with the fabric, decoration, and custom trims.
